Finally have my own name cards!! :D I had to rush them in 2 days because I went to this Creative Mixer by Relay Room which was awesome. Sorry for the bad quality but the lighting in my room is horrible and the material I used for the card is shiny but cool if you ever see it in real life. I included the original design so that you can see what it should look like. It was originally supposed to be red but the print ended up darker but it all works out for the best because brown goes well with the stamps :D
Why a luggage tag? You will see very soon when I launch the 3rd version of my portfolio. Actually you can go take a peek already but it’s still missing the contact form and some other small details. Oh and if you’re using IE, just don’t bother. I didn’t test it there ever.
Since this was a rush project I just decided to have fun with it. No time for die cuts? Do it yourself! I cut all those rounded bits myself so it looks really handmade (no one really noticed until I pointed it out *whew*). I even bought a one hole puncher for this. I have a version where I used a gold circular sticker for the hole before I punched it but I was having a hard time aligning it and it didn’t look so nice anyway so I scrapped it.
In case you’re wondering, yes those are real stamps at the back part. It’s limited edition! Each card is unique. I wanted my card to be something that people won’t just throw away. I’m actually having a hard time giving them away because I want to keep one of each version I’ve made haha! Anyway, I’m excited to make another batch of cards once this print runs out :)
