Another homework XD This time the random words given were: nuclear, conviction and knight.
Mine wasn’t the only Batman poster though, but I think I’m the only one who does the Olly Moss style of posters XD Also I think I’m the only one who used the Doomsday Clock for nuclear. Conviction is kind of obvious (can you spot the Joker?)
No one cares what I think but I’m saying it anyway.
Also I’m not banning anyone from doing this, I mean it’s the easiest way to make something but don’t go off pretending it’s art or slapping your lame watermark on it.

Instead of doing my thesis I am just making macros in Photoshop.
Yes! I am not failing the design everyday goal :D if you add the wallpaper + poster + t-shirt + id then it covers like almost 2 weeks.
I did the main design but my awesome team members did IME, Burnfest, IT Forums and Geek Shirt Sale. Rockband is stolen.
These are not the final final designs because when I added the final details + sponsors I didn’t like it that much anymore XD
So I’ve been taking this Advanced Graphic Design class unofficially and the professor said I could stay the whole sem but only if I did the homework.
We have to make designs based on 3 randomly generated words. Here is the first one: cult classic, vengeance (kindred), bus.
Mine is kind of different from the others because I based the style around Olly Moss/Saul Bass. It’s a fake movie with a campy plot. Making it a sequel makes it even cheesier. Title is from a Homer Simpson quote about the movie Speed :P

I guess this really is turning into a design blog for me. I’ve been working on this for a week now and it looks really different from where it first started and from what I originally intended it to look like. I’m pretty excited to see what it will look like tomorrow with the final final version.
